In order to deliver consistent, high quality work, AIC utilizes a project methodology for all service work that ensures AIC delivers a fully complete project. The AIC project methodology is a road map to begin discussions with a customer. The customer can decide what deliverables they would like to create for themselves and what deliverables they would like AIC to perform. AIC's project methodology contains 7 phases: Definition, Analysis, Design, Build, Test, Installation, and Production. Some of the key deliverables and processes are: Project Scope and Definition, Project Plan, Requirements Specification, Acceptance Test Plan, Configuration Management guide, creation of both test and production environments, Detail Design Specification, System Test Plan, System Delivery, Final Signoff, Production Installation Package, and ongoing support and maintenance.
