Products - Agents Agents The Agent window is a tree structure sorted by Agent. Within each Agent are the event alarms, contacts, and schedules. Any number of the configured events and contacts associated with an Agent. The association is created by a "drag and drop" interface from the event and contact windows to the Agent.
